3. Purchases & Payments

• All prices listed are in BDT unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely through Courier.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

• Custom or commissioned artwork requires a non-refundable deposit of 25 %- 50%] before work begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Physical artworks will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Shipping costs, delivery times, and carrier details will be specified during the order process.

• We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party couriers.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of artwork, all sales are final.
However, if your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Custom commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.

6. Commissions & Usage Rights

For commissioned pieces:

• The artist retains copyright unless explicitly transferred in writing.

• Clients may not reproduce, resell, or modify commissioned works without permission.

• The artist reserves the right to display images of commissioned works in portfolios, exhibitions, or online unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may impair its operation.
You must not attempt to hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the website’s functionality or content.
